Here's what I suggested before:
- Try to check out using an unmodified version of the simple catalog. The
simple catalog's checkout works if CyberCash is installed correctly (it
really does, trust me) and it will help you locate the problem.
- Change the quoting on the order failed page (I think it has q{} now) and
then you will see the error message.
- Set the CyberCash Mode to 'minivend_test' and see if you can checkout
with 4111111111111111
