Yes, as I recall, in the page special/failed.html, there is something
about the following line that doesn't work:
[if type=explicit term="q{[subject]}"]
I don't know why it doesn't work, but it doesn't show [subject] even
though there is an error message. I usually put the following before
(outside) this [if]:
subject=[subject].
<br>
ccerror=[value mv_credit_card_error].
