Hi Barry,

Yes there was and I followed this. In fact, this is basically what my form
is doing now. However this doesn't help with fly pages or search results.

If someone searches for hosting, and chooses to buy now for a particular
result, the setup fee is not automatically included.

Wasn't there a recent discussion on the list about one-click purchases of
multiple items at a time?
Perhaps that it what you're looking for, try the recent mail list archives.
