[mv] CyberCash Error

I am having endless problems with Cybercash and minivend. I keep getting an
order failed error. I have setup a basic based catalog 5 times, and
configured everything as per the docs. The order works until I add untill I
add the following lines to the catalog.cfg file:
CreditCardAuto No
CyberCash Yes
Variable CYBER_CONFIGFILE /export/www/fake/mck-cgi/conf/merchant_conf
Variable CYBER_VERSION 3.2
Then orders fail and I get the error below in the error logs. I know
cybercash is working because the mck test files work flawlessly.
