Two questions, one a repeat.

The loop through javascript that brings up a window on checkout.html and 
tells you how much sales tax you will owe when you put in your state 
appears to be broken out of the box on 4.03. Every test catalog I've built 
when I've specified, say MA OH IL, with various values of sales tax...when 
I go into checkout.html and put in those states, the first one listed in 
the catalog.cfg works fine, the second and third will pop up a window 
(indicating it knows it's supposed to generate sales tax for those states) 
but the value of the 2nd and 3rd is always $0.00.  (is that making any sense?)

Second - WHERE is the receipt generated. I've grepped and rgrepped my 
little heart out looking for text specific to that page so I can make some 
changes to it's output, but am not finding it, and of course, it's one of 
the few pages that doesn't apparently use <!-- current page: @@MV_PAGE@@ 
-->  so you can look at the source and see what page it is :oP
