Re: [mv] Credit Card Issue

Hello,

We are currently using Minivned + Signio for one of our ecommerce customers.
By default the Signio module will charge a card automatically when the order
is placed, however there is an option to just place an authorization on the
card. This will put a hold for the transaction amount and then once you
verify you have the product in stock you can log in to the Signio manager
(or other Payment service like CyberCash) and push the transaction through.
Another solution would be to setup your inventory in Minivend so that a
customer cannot order something that is out of stock. This may not work for
your business model if you have a more then one way of doing business
(walk-in, phone and internet customers). Good luck!

-Ron
