I'm having some trouble getting shipping to work.  I have the shipping.txt
file filled in properly, I have a select tag around [shipping label=1
mode="mode1 mode2"], but it will not work, complaining that it can't find
mode1 (on the page).  mode1 is in the products/shipping.txt file however.
How should I debug this?  The error log doesn't have any helpful in it.

I am running Minivend 4.03 on Linux
