[mv] Probelms withc Checkout

Hi

I migrated a site from MV3.14 to MV4.04 and fixed most of the problems
that found by me.
The only problem that left is that when I click the "submit" in the
check out page I get "Internal Error" and in the log I get:

canaan-gifts /cgi-bin/canaan-gifts/process Display of receipt on order
number 000013 failed: Can't use string ("") as a HASH ref while "strict
refs" in use at /usr/local/minivend/lib/Vend/Error.pm line 46.

The order (I see it in the catalog etc directory) is submitted but the
receipt is not showed.
and If i press on the back arrow I get back to he checkout which is
empty on products (which make sense because the order has been
accepted).

So to make long short: the receipt don't go up after successful
checkout.
