[mv] Shipping = $0.00 when first enter checkout?

Hello,

When I first enter my checkout page the option for UPS Ground is selected
which is $5.00 however the shipping at the bottom is = $0.00.  If I hit the
update information button the correct shipping is added in.  Does anyone
have a quick solution short of doing an auto refresh when the page loads?  I
remember reading about a similiar situation experienced by a user of th
elist but have been unable to track it down.  Thanks for your help!
