I think it is a matter of using the right [if]; unfortunately there are
many of them (some might say too many). According to my reading of the
docs, this should do what you want:
[if-item-field price]
[item-price]
[else]
PLEASE CALL
[/else]
[/if-item-field]
Note that this tag does not self-nest, so do not place it within another
[if-item-field] block.
