[mv] MV4: Problem clearining credit_card_type

When paying by Credit Card and then making the next sale another type, i.e.
the Will Call in the simple demo,
the receipt shows Will Call (41**1111), (41**1111) being the value of
credit_card_type from the previous sale.

How can I unset this when the next sale is not a credit card type? It does
clear, after the session expires, I assume but I'd like to clear it
immediately as the customer may make an immediate second buy using a
different type of payment.
