[mv] Getting order number with MV 4.04

Hi all,
I'm testing MV with an external payment system (TelePay). I should force
my customers to fill credit card informations into TelePay system site,
so I have to redirect final steps to an external form to which I should
pass some check-out parameters, like order number, success and fail
URLs, and my e-mail address. The problem here is that I cannot grab the
order number, because the variable mv_order_number is empty. Is there
any way to get the order number before it is placed or should I
"pre-calculate" it?
