Thanks to Camarons' leads I disabled the Java piece associated with the
State/Prov input.

The JavaScript that was being called did not exist in the
multi/checkout.html in the demo, only in ord/checkout.html but when I moved
it it didn't work so for now it's disabled and I'm once again moving
forward. Learning more about JavaScript is for another day :-)
