Just set taxable in your products database to No for apparel items and Yes
for anything else.

I have a slight problem with taxing items from a particular
State (PA).  Apparel sales aren't taxable but everything else is.  Any one
tackled this problem already?

Any comment or suggestions greatly welcomed.
