Still you don't seem to be getting the hint. CHECK THE ARCHIVES & ERROR LOG
FIRST THEN ASK QUESTIONS.

I'm on unix/linux genious (hell I can't even spell genius [sp?]) but by
looking at your error log it looks as if the problem is related to sendmail:

So you may want to check your sendmail setup (both sendmail itself & your
setup of using sendmail w/ MiniVend) & find the problem. Since it worked
before you started using PGP and doesn't work now that you have added PGP I
would say that your problem probably lies somewhere with in the two.

I know that getting MiniVend running can be frusterating & I posted my fair
share of questions when I was getting started. But I am very positive that I
have posted less questions in the last 9 months than you have posted in the
last week.
