I get this behavior too! With ir without page cache in my NS, I´m not
able to print this. The only solution is in my case this...(for MV4):

[tag file="pages/<path-to-store-the receipt>/[value mv_order_number]-[data session id].html" op=log interpolate=1]

all the receipt stuff...

[tag op=header interpolate=1]
Status: 302 moved
Content-type: text/html
Location: [area href="<path-to-store-the receipt>/[value mv_order_number]-[data session id].html" secure=1]
[/tag][set mv_no_cache]1[/set]

in MV3:

[tag op=log file="pages/<path-to-store-the receipt>/[value mv_order_number].html" interpolate=1]
all the receipt stuff...
