I placed [set mv_put_session]Yes[/set] on my catalog.html page.  This is the
page where I have the hard-coded link for the search/arg test.  This does not
seem to have any effect (i have also tried adding [tag flag build][/tag] as
mentioned in the list-archives in a post mentioning [set
mv_put_session]Yes[/set].)

Even with this set I am still getting the same error.  The "Bad Search
Specification" indicates that it cannot open a file in the catalogs tmp/
directory.  The file it is looking for ends in a ":1"  

If I look, I can usually find the file (without the ":1") but if I copy / sym
link them together, the results page is filled with terrible errors (big
surprise!)

This is where it asks for that non existant file.  My guess is that it might be
looking for a cached search???
