After checking out Thawte's site, I have found that the problem seems to be 
a known bug in Internet Exploder.  You can find out more info at

The problem seems to be a real bear to fix, and it looks like the answer is 
to install Netscape :P  Now just try convincing all your end users of 
that... :(
