I don't know if things have improved in MV4, but I have found that it is
best to have only the last page in the series of order pages be the
Minivend order page. I just make the other pages standard forms pages and
pass the any collected data in hidden form vars or Minivend vars. It has
been my experience that one Minivend order page is headache enough, not
reason to multiply your headache.
