RE: [mv]Advanced Multi-level Order Pages

****** message to minivend-users from "Christopher Thompson" <ct@arborinternet.com> ******

It is not a matter of attitude or fighting anything. I was just passing on
what I believe to be worthwhile advice. I have more and more clients what
want not just multi-page checkout, but complex checkout sequences with
things like required sign-in, promotions, coupon redemption, etc., etc. It
is easier to deal with those using standard forms and vars. The only time
the order page is really needed for is the last page. Order pages were
more important before mv_check was added, but now it is my belief that
standard pages are simpler, easier to maintain, and achieve the same
results.
