This is critical.  Scale is the big issue now.  If you don't scale
and can't scale up you are dead.

Maybe it's just me, but I'll put in a request for a **split** between 
the admin interface and core minivend code.  The proportion of current
minivend package we don't use is very large.  Maybe it's just us and 
the particularly evolutionary path we've taken with minivend.
