Nos 1 and 3 will, but don't do it. Use
[file /home/httpd/html/include/header.inc]
which will not be interpreted for Minivend tags. Putting Minivend tags
in HTML space is an invitation to disaster. Always think security.
I also did a UserTag called get-url which is in the archives; it would
accomplish #2. Obviously it takes about 1000 times the processing
power of #1 or #3.
