[mv] Persistant User Information
****** message to minivend-users from ".c o r y . t r e s e." <digital@specialty-books.com> ******
-System-
Linux 2.2
Minivend 3.14-5
Perl 5.005_03
-Problem-
I have a user area and login accounts implemented on a site. Many of the
customers, however, are ordering from public terminals (namely public terminals
used by numbers of other customers for the site.)
I've noticed (and the customer did as well) that information persists even
after you've logged out (using the [userdb] tag...I may be using it incorrectly
however.) The fields for details are still filled in, and the payment option
seems to remain set.
-Question-
Does Minivend have a tag I can use (perhaps I could make a usertag that loops
through the userspace variables, but I'm not too keen on how to loop through
all of the userspace variables,) that clears them all?
Perhaps someone knows of a piece of Javascript that will initialize a browser
shutdown?
I'm sure someone else has noticed something like this; if you have solved it/
will solve it / need help solving it; get in touch with me ;)
