[mv] Maximum Quantity MV4.04

Greetings,

Can anyone tell me is there is a maximum number per item that can be
ordered?  Before switching to mv4.04 I could include a qty of 13000 or
higher without any problems setting the price with the price breaks.  Now it
simply sets a price of $0 after it gets to 13000.

Is there a directive I am missing.  I checked and have pricing after this
qty for the sku's I tested.

Any ideas?
