I have tried to check out the source of this message but couldn't find it,
but maybe this will do the trick.....
if the minivend server is running, but when you try to access it via web you
get a "minivend server is under maintenance" etc etc etc
go to the CGI directory and do a
chmod u+s name-of-vlink
This has to be done when you copy the vlink to another directory and stuff
like that....
