I found that so many other shopping cart did not have shipping cost calculation by volume. This is important for big item, example Furniture, Machinery, etc. Because the shipping cost is not calculated by weight or price, but calculated by volume: shipping cost/m3, or shipping cost/feet3. And we must have size parameter for each item.
I did not know if minivend have this calculation built in or not. If not yet, hope for next version this option is included.
