Hi Jason,

I don't think that the cron would do the thing... The message should be sent
right away when someone sends the message to the customer... It should be a
script (or something) that is executed when the message is posted... Is it
possible to make a usertag that would search an e-mail address from the
userdb and send the message right avay?

Rene,
    Add an additional field in the DB, which is set to 1 or 0... if the
field is set to 1, then email the
user... the script could be written in perl and be setup in a CRON type
job... If you have any more ?'s
email me... we just finished something similar over here.
