No! This is the wrong command!
Try
bin/minivend -r
or type "bin/minivend" only and you get a list of options!

No! The cgi program is an "interface" between Browser and MiniVend
Server. A browser call this cgi program. The cgi program call the
MiniVend Server, the MiniVend Server knows where is the call coming
from and make a dynamic html page and send this to the browser (all
actions via the web server).

Hmmm...did you find the MiniVend document (minivend.html)?
