May be it would be interesting to know how many of the catalog
designers and developers do most of their work on a Windows
machine and what those of them, who do, then use as an editor when they
have to work on the remote hosts for MV editing, assuming that the remote
host is a Linux/Unix box.

Has any of the Windows-using MV-coders switched over to a Linux box
for web page development locally to avoid switching from platform to
platform when editing on remote unix-based hosts ?
