[mv] ATTN: COUNTER PROBLEM SOLVED ON WINDOWS ENVIROMENT

I know that must of us are using the unix enviroment to run the MiniVend...
But what we can do when some customers insist that them system will run on a
Microsoft Enviroment...
As i saw many threads about problems with the counter that wont increment in
the Windows Enviroment
and after 2 hours of fighting in perl code (which i totaly do not
understand) here are my results:
1. CounterFile.PM which coming with MiniVend 3.14.5 and older, some how have
in its $ID
the version 1.1, while the latests orginal version for the author is
0.12...
it seems Mike modifed this file... why ? i really dont know.
2. Whenevr this file exists under LIB/FILE directory, Minivend will use it
insted of using the
one that comes with ActiveState's Perl.
Renaming the file which comes with MiniVend and using the one of ActiveState
solve the problem.
No code modifcation needed.
