Racke, you would know better than me, but isn't SAP on its way to support
Linux platform ? At least last I remember them saying so last year or
1998 on the CeBIT. Anyone knows ?

http://www.sap.com/company/index.htm
SAP is the world's largest inter-enterprise software company and the world's
fourth-largest independent software supplier, overall. In its most recent
fiscal year, ending Dec. 31, 1999, SAP AG reported revenues of EUR 5.11
billion. SAP employs over 21,700 people in more than 50 countries who are
dedicated to providing high-level customer support and services.
Go figure.

"private". 8-)

We must all hang together to stand free separately, or assuredly we
we will all hang collectively... (freely after the words of Benjamin
Franklin on July 4th, 1776: "We must all hang together, or assuredly we
will all hang separately").
