Re: [mv] WinEdit: salutory Windows tale

****** message to minivend-users from Bill Randle <billr@exgate.tek.com> ******

As an old Unix hacker, I use 'vim' (Vi IMproved) on both Unix and Windows. The
Windows can be run from a console window or you can use the GUI version that
includes the cut 'n paste buttons, menus, etc. I like the OLE-enabled version
that adds a menu entry to the right mouse button menu. With that, I can use
the right mouse button over a filename and select "Edit with Vim" - regardless
of the file type.

It makes those few times I need to do editing on Windows bearable. Same command
set, same color syntax highlighting, etc. as the Unix version.
