I have my catalog the way I want it, now I have to get it secure.  We are
going to use CyberCash, and just got our digital certificate from Verisign.

I'd like to make the whole catalog secure (just cause it seems easier).
Here is what I have.  The docs that come with minvend didn't say anything
about cybercash, and it seems that you had to do something alittle different
to get SSL and CyperCash working together.

Anyways here is what I have.  I would really appreciate any help, or if some
could just e-mail the revelant part of there catalog.cfg file that is doing
the same thing.
