I want to do really basic shipping
UPS 2nd day air and FedEx overnight.

and we want to change a flat rate depending on the quanity of the product
they ordered

1-3 10.00
4-10 14.00

and so on.

All the example see to be way to involved.  Could someobody share a basic
example?
