I have recently had the pleasure of applying minor patches to the more-list 
code in mvend/lib/Vend/Interpolate.pm, and based upon what I saw there, I 
think that it is where you would need to go to get the desired results, 
probably by changing the variables referenced by the code as it builds the 
more-list elements, so that it points to the secure URL for your catalog.
