customer has a field in their database for their own designed category..
the categories start with 3 numbers, followed by a - and 3 more numbers.

001-001
001-002
the first 3 are the category. the next 3 are the listed order (kinda odd).

but later on there is like 006-001 and so on.

Is there a minivend two-letter abbreviation that says slearch for an entry
that starts with?
if I do a se=001 it will pull up 001-001 and would techincally pull up
006-001. I need it to only look for the 3 numbers at the start.
