[mv] DefaultShipping documentation fix

Hello!

  I have a small proposed fix the documentation for "DefaultShipping" as
seen here:
http://www.minivend.com/minivend/docindex/24.15.DefaultShipping.html

It mentions the variable mv_ship_mode. However, further down on this
page (and everywhere else in the docs and code that I could find), this
is spelled with no underscore as in: mv_shipmode. So I assume this
inclusion of underscore is a "bug".
