I think there is a field or set of fields in the authorize.net interface
that you can use for this purpose. It is data that you send to them and
they return to you just for this kind of purpose - to provide continuity.
Sorry I cannot remember the details, as I only scanned their documents
once, but I'm fairly sure there is an appropriate feature.

I switched one of my sites from Minivend 3.14 to Minivend 4.04 and I have not yet been
able to get a receipt page to work. (It looses the shopping cart every time).
I am using authorize.net thru an HTML interface, where I have
authorize.net configured with "Valid ADC or Receipt Link URL" to return
back to http://www.sitename.com/sitename/process and it never has a
shopping cart when it gets there - it is always given a new session id.
In the site catalog.cfg file I have:
CookieLogin Yes
Cookies Yes
SessionExpire 1 day
I've tried everything I can think of, but I'm stuck on this one.
Can anyone out there help shed some light on how I can retain my session id.???
