[mv] Where is checkstat.sh?

Hi List,

I am interested in creating a cron job to check if the server is running. I
have found much info in the mail archives which refer to checkstat.sh in
mvend/bin, but it's not there (MV4.04). Has this script been eliminated,
moved, or am I looking in the wrong place? (or all of the above =) Thanks in
advance.
