[mv] How can I add the DBD directories to minivend @INC?

Since I am not root I can't install DBD to /usr/local/lib so how can I add
the directories to @INC. I have tried linking them into the @INC path and
I get this error:

Using PostgreSQL for databases,
DSN=dbi:Pg:dbname=test_minivend:localhost:port.

simple config error: install_driver(Pg) failed: Can't locate loadable
object for module DBD::Pg in @INC (@INC contains:
/path/to/mvend /path/to/mvend/lib

/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at (eval
111) line 3
Perhaps a module that DBD::Pg requires hasn't been fully installed
 at /path/to/mvend/lib/Vend/Table/DBI.pm line 116

Any ideas?
