[mv] deliver problem

I'm using MV 4.04 and I've really hit a wall trying to deliver binary 
downloads and I've looked everywhere I know in the documentation for 
clues.

Has anyone figured this out? Is the product.txt file the only thing 
that needs to be changed, that is, the download, dl_type and 
dl_location fields?

Any help here would be appreciated, since I can't really go on until 
I solve this thing.
