[mv] name: No format check routine for 'name'

hi list,

I just did set up a new machine with minivend 3.14-5 and transfered an old 
catalog I had on a mv 3.12 system running to it. trying to order something 
I always get the output:

name: No format check routine for 'name'
address: No format check routine for 'address'
city: No format check routine for 'city'
phone_day: No format check routine for 'phone_day'

what can this be?
