[mv] aaghh! minivend problems again...

Ok, here is the jist of the problem:

I get a premature end of script headers message in httpd's error_log
file (httpd is otherwise known as apache on my machine because of red
hat)...but only when the file requested has a minivend tag in it. A file
I put in there with no tags came up no problem, and when I took a file
with minivend tags and commented them out with _minivend_ comments it
worked fine.

Now I have consulted all error log files and have gone to the mail list
archives and the minivend and apache faq's and docs to answer the
question and have come up with no real answers (but some
questions)...but the solution is probably staring me in the face....

can anyone help or give some suggestions?
