This message is not being ignored; the only thing I really noticed was the
lack of actual content. The structure looked nice, but it seemed to work
well partly because the small amount of information (11 FAQs) lent itself
well to that format.
But the sections make sense if we can organize it for our much larger
amount of data and documentation.
