How about making a symbol link to this files ?
For example

/usr/lib/perl5/MV/foo.pm
/usr/lib/perl5/MV/bar.pm

<vendroot>/lib/Vend/foo.pm --symbollink--> /usr/lib/perl5/MV/foo.pm
<vendroot>/lib/Vend/bar.pm --symbollink--> /usr/lib/perl5/MV/bar.pm
