[mv] Need new host for 3 MiniVend sites

Hi -

We are getting out of the hosted services business, and need to find new
homes for 3 MiniVend sites which we currently host:
  - currently running on MV 3.14
  - pretty basic stuff, no major customizations
  - 2 use SSL and the other doesn't
  - relatively low traffic and disk usage
