Not clear on what might cause this, but I can tell you that mnimn.exe is the
executable for Outlook Express.  No clue as to why they named it that.

I guess the first thing to look at is to make sure the file still exists.
On my system it's in the c:\Program Files\Outlook Express directory.  Then
make sure the shortcut still points to the same place.  But beyond that,
there may not be a whole lot you can do besides reinstalling Outlook
Express.
