First, I'd treat the symptoms... get a script going to restart
Minivend. Then you'd only have a few minutes of downtime, as opposed to a
few hours. :-)
Cross check your Apache logs at 10:55:43 and see what was supposed to be
running that got hung (hammered PID). Perhaps there is a page/product that
is fouled.
Ah, and since you have 3.14-5, I'd check into the newest 3.14-6 with the
security patches. :-)
