         Well, 127.0.0.1 typically is the internal loopback to the 
host.  (If you didn't know this, if you telneted to 127.0.0.1 on any 
machine, you'd likely connect to that machine again).

         The only guess I have is that DNS failed somewhere for a 
moment.  You couldn't click on it because 127.0.0.1, at that point, would 
be your PC.

         Other possible cause would be a similar misconfiguration/hiccup 
with the webserver.

         I'm calling the X-Files. :-)
