Works if all your visitors have the most recent
IE or NN (Accually I think NN does not support TD
background tags).

You would scare off the others with lesser
browsers and lets not even go into WebTV viewers.

:) Basically stating, that *I* would stay away
from TD backgrounds unless you use a browser
detect....
